Portobello Gentleman, guarantees the quality of the product and its efficiency. The  guarantee for use of each product is indicated on the packaging. The guarantee of the  products once sent  is 15 days. The buyer will receive the order  24-48 hours after receiving the e-mail that the order has been completed. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation are not included.

portobellogentleman.com only works with top quality and original brands. We are an authorized and official distributor to sell beauty products on our website and in our beauty salons. 

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee,   will be chosen for the replacement of the article, reduction or return, in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

If any of the data  of the purchase receipt is modified, altered or replaced. To make use of the   shipping guarantee within the established period   following the delivery of the product, it is essential to present proof of purchase. After this period, and in the event that the purchased product has an additional guarantee granted by the manufacturer, the duly completed guarantee certificate must be presented together with the proof of purchase.

Returns from the shipping address

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, closures without manipulation of access to the product   and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. Once the merchandise is received, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment made by the customer.

In the event that the packaging arrives defective (broken or with signs of blows) at your home, do not directly accept it from the transport company and send us an email to the following address: info@portobellohair.com indicating the order number and shipping. In this way, the process will be expedited and a new product will be sent immediately.

For accepted materials that contain errors or are defective.

In the event that the purchased product is in poor condition or defective, as long as it is not due to deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation. Our company will exchange it for another with the same characteristics at no cost. In this case, you must send us the product and once we verify that it has not been tampered with, or that it shows signs of external breakage, we will send you another one with the same characteristics and brand at no additional cost.

Portobello Hair,  does not accept returns of any of the products it sells, for reasons other than those indicated above.  This is because the marketed products are easily manipulated. Expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007). You just have to send us the products in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use, it is important that it does not show signs of use, it would invalidate the return.

Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong delivery or defective product.
